This Checklist Unlocks With VA Support
Onboarding a virtual assistant is part of VA Support. Request it and this whole checklist opens up, contract, software, access and the onboarding call.
Onboard Your Virtual Assistant
Six steps, in order. Work through them with your VA and you'll have them fully set up, paid and briefed inside a week.
Sign The Contract
Copy the contract template and fill in your company name, working hours and start times. Agree part-time or full-time with your VA before sending it over.
- Standard rate is around $2/hour, this can vary slightly once you've spoken at the onboarding call.
- Caleb or Henry signs as the final witness, don't send it out until they have.
Set Up Insightful
Insightful is the workforce-monitoring software your VA works through. Download it and create an account before you go any further.
Share Your Tracking Spreadsheet
Give your VA edit access to your own product-tracking spreadsheet, and share it with us too so we can support you both:
- Cxleb7@gmail.com
- Andotcarmelito@gmail.com
Create An Amazon Sub-Account
Set your VA up with their own Amazon Seller Central sub-account. This controls exactly what they can see and do, listing products, changing prices, without ever handing over your main login.
Set Up Wise To Pay Your VA
Download Wise and create a personal account, not a business one. This is how you'll pay your VA each week or month, low fees, fast transfers.
Book Your Onboarding Call
Last step, book a call to meet your VA properly and get everything confirmed together.
